Fits
Earlier R12-era trucks with the original threaded service ports, converting to R134a. Not needed on 1995+ trucks already fitted with factory R134a quick-connect fittings.
Why it matters
R134a service equipment uses quick-connect fittings that won't attach to the older R12 threaded ports, this kit adapts the ports so standard R134a charging and recovery equipment can be used.
