Where we ship

We currently ship across the UAE and the wider GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar). Orders are sourced from our supplier network in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, or from our base in Dubai, depending on the part, then dispatched to you from Dubai.

Dispatch times

Every product page shows its dispatch estimate before you order. Most parts are sourced to order from our supplier network, which is how we keep rare parts available without inflating prices. Typical dispatch is 5 to 10 working days from payment. Parts marked "In stock in Dubai" dispatch within 2 working days.

Delivery estimates

•        UAE and GCC: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

We do not currently ship outside the GCC. If you are ordering from elsewhere, contact us before you order and we will let you know if it is possible. Tracking is provided on every order as soon as it ships.

Customs and import duties

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or clearance fees in the destination country. These are set by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue them.

Heavy and bulky items

Some parts (brake rotors, body panels, glass) carry additional freight cost due to weight or dimensions. Where this applies it is built into the shipping rate shown at checkout. Nothing is added after you pay.
