Fits

1988 to 1995 only. A later-style tensioner covers the 1996 to 1998 trucks, not yet added to the catalogue.

Why it matters

The tensioner pulley bearing wears over time, and the giveaway is usually a squeal from the front of the engine, often worse on a cold start. Heat and dust both shorten bearing life, so this tends to show up sooner here.
