Late cars only, from the September 1985 facelift, chassis cutoffs 280SL from 015518, 380SL from 022257, 500SL from 002630, 300SL/420SL/560SL all years. Not for the C107 SLC, discontinued before this facelift.

Both door seals harden and shrink with age and UAE heat, letting in water and wind noise, and loosening the door's fit against the frame.
